This is a pre-order only for this figure. Once order has been placed and paid for the item can not be cancelled. Customers that chose in store pickup will not be charged shipping but must be able to pick up the item in person. A valid picture ID is required and must match the name and address on the order. At time of item arriving in our warehouse you will be sent an invoice for the tariff surcharge, and remainder of the figure ($184.99 + tariff).
