Shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you have concerns about what is being offered please contact us so we can look at all the options. Please be aware that items may ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier we use may be different than the one you chose at checkout. If you require a specific carrier please let us know when you place your order.

 Most items sold by Black Knight Anime are limited or collectible items and may not be available for a return or exchange. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects but will do our best to exchange the item through the manufacturer. Brand new items that are unopened may be returned at the customers expense for in store credit only. Please contact us with any questions and for further information before making your purchase.
